Knowledge
- Extensive experience with Java SE, Java EE, and Java 17+ features.
- Building scalable applications using Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Building robust RESTful APIs and ensuring API security.
- Knowledge of Git or similar version control tools
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and their characteristics
- Deep understanding of Design Patterns & Best Practices and how to use them.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and popular frameworks such as VueJS, ReactJS, NextJS, Angular,…
- Familiarity with cloud-native concepts like containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with code review processes and peer programming
- Experience with domain-driven design (DDD), CQRS, and microservices architecture is a bonus.
Mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to mentor other developers.
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- You have an eye for detail and you are a real go-getter and a self-starter.
- You have a growth-mindset and you are happy to help others grow as well.
- You like to learn and follow the latest trends.
