Knowledge
- Strong experience in writing clear, concise functional specifications that serve as a blueprint for development teams.
- Strong ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Proficiency in functional testing to ensure that systems meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings, proposals, and deliverables to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and prioritize requirements based on business needs, constraints, and impact.
- Knowledge of how business systems integrate and work together, with an understanding of basic technical concepts (databases, APIs).

- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
