- Strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks and Agile principles.
- Expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments that block team progress.
- Experience in coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication for aligning teams and engaging with stakeholders.
- Empowering teams by being a servant leader, fostering collaboration, and building trust.
- Staying updated with the latest Agile trends and fostering a culture of continuous learning within teams.
- Knowledge about other Agile frameworks (SaFe, Less, …) is a bonus.
Mindset
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- You have an eye for detail and you are a real go-getter.
- You are strong minded and have your own vision that you are happy to share with colleagues
- You like to learn and follow the latest trends

- Besides Dutch, you also write and speak English fluently
- Drivers License (B)
