Application Manager

Knowledge
- Experience with application lifecycle management, including implementation, maintenance, and phase-out.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of application integrations and data flow within enterprise ecosystems.
- Knowledge of vendor and contract management, including SLA tracking.
- Basic technical understanding of cloud platforms, backups, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
- Experience working with budgeting, cost management, and financial aspects of IT operations.
- Awareness of compliance requirements and governance in IT environments.
Mindset
- You’re proactive and enjoy taking ownership of challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think analytically and strategically.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Other
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a bonus.
- Driver’s license (B).
- Comfortable working from home and willing to travel to client locations.
