Application Manager

 

As an Application Manager at Content & Coffee, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing application landscapes for our clients. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and IT capabilities, ensuring applications align with strategic goals while maintaining top-notch operational performance. Your responsibilities will include managing application portfolios, overseeing integrations, and ensuring compliance with IT policies. By proactively identifying areas for improvement, you’ll empower our clients to stay ahead in their IT environments while fostering collaboration across stakeholders.

Knowledge

  • Experience with application lifecycle management, including implementation, maintenance, and phase-out.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or similar frameworks.
  • Understanding of application integrations and data flow within enterprise ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of vendor and contract management, including SLA tracking.
  • Basic technical understanding of cloud platforms, backups, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
  • Experience working with budgeting, cost management, and financial aspects of IT operations.
  • Awareness of compliance requirements and governance in IT environments.

Mindset

  • You’re proactive and enjoy taking ownership of challenges. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think analytically and strategically. 
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Customer-focused and able to prioritize tasks based on business needs.

  • A growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. 

Other

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a bonus. 
  • Driver’s license (B). 
  • Comfortable working from home and willing to travel to client locations. 
  

Where you’ll work

At Content & Coffee, we do things differently – we don’t have a traditional office! You’ll mainly work from the comfort of your home and spend time at our clients’ locations.
