AI-Driven Software Delivery Consultant

Key Responsabilities

• Analyze existing SDLC processes at clients to identify bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and relevant AI use cases.Inventariseren van lopende AI-initiatieven en het formuleren van aanbevelingen voor uitbreiding of optimalisatie.
• Inventory ongoing AI initiatives and provide recommendations for expansion or optimization.
• Develop an implementation plan for AI solutions and process improvements, aligned with business and team objectives.
• Support the implementation of AI tools, CI/CD optimizations, and agile practices.
• Work seamlessly within agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) without disrupting ongoing operations.
• Transfer knowledge and skills to client teams to ensure adoption and continuity.
• Report on progress and results based on agreed KPIs.

Technical Skills

• Strong background in software development with experience in at least one modern programming language and framework, such as Java (Spring Boot), C#/.NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React, Angular), Python (Django, FastAPI), or PHP (Laravel, Symfony).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), including automated testing and deployment.
• Practical experience with AI applications for software development, such as code generation (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codeium), test automation, or automated quality monitoring.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and the use of cloud-native services in a development pipeline.
• Basic knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a similar technical role, with at least 1–2 years in a context focused on process improvement or tooling optimization.
• Solid experience using AI within the SDLC is preferred, but we are equally open to your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in client-facing or consultancy roles, preferably in software-intensive environments.
• Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and familiar with related ceremonies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand team contexts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
